We’re so glad you’ve chosen to live at our community. In this guide, you will find everything you need to get settled in your new place
BEFORE MOVE-IN DAY
To expedite your move-in process, make sure you have paid your first month’s rental payment with your Resident Shield as well as making sure all of your documents are completed.
Paying Your First Installment
Please pay before 8/1/2024. Your first installment must be paid in full prior to move-in, before you can receive your apartment keys. Paying online is quick and easy!
- You can make your payments via the Phase I Resident Portal or the Phase II Resident Portal as per your leasing information
- Via the Resident Portal select “Need to Sign Up?”
- Select “Make a Payment”
- Add your account
- Pay
- An instructional email would have been sent to you following your initial lease approval. If you have any questions, please contact our team.
- Online with a debit or credit card: Phase I or Phase II Resident Login
- ACH Auto Payments
Resident Shield takes the place of a traditional security deposit and is non-refundable. Resident Shield is required upon lease signing or lease renewal.
What to Bring vs What is Included
to make life easier
One of the greatest things about living at Eagle Landing Apartments is its furniture packages. Here is a list of what is included in your apartment and suggestions for essentials you may want to bring with you.
What’s included: Refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, full size washer and dryer, oven/stove, ice makers, microwave, ceiling fan in each bedroom, blinds for the bedroom windows. *If you have a furnished apartment, check out the “About your Apartment” section to see what furniture is provided.
What to bring: Pots and pans, cooking utensils, small appliances (toaster, blenders, etc.), cups, silverware, plates, dish soap, trash bin, television, queen size bedding, lamps, shower curtain, toiletries, cleaning supplies, vacuum, etc.
Personal items such as linens, shower curtains, cookware, dishes, garbage bins, etc. are not provided. We suggest that you contact your roommates prior to move-in to determine what each person will bring for the common areas.
PARKING:
We have a first-come, first-served parking policy, therefore, we do not have assigned parking.
UTILITIES:
Your rent includes Internet, Trash, Recycling, and monthly routine pest control.
Internet
Internet is included in your rent. Clearwave is the provider for Eagle Landing Apartments and you will receive high-speed internet of 500 mbps.
Water, Sewer & Electric
Water, sewer and electric are billed back automatically each month. These utilities are divided evenly between all roommates and posted to your account between the 1st and the 4th of every month.
